1. Data controller
FlightDiploma is operated by MUZDOLABI YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Istanbul, Türkiye (the "data controller"). Contact: info@flightdiploma.com.
2. What we collect
When you send an application: first name, last name, email address and WhatsApp number, your consent, the language and page you used, campaign or referral parameters in the link you arrived from (for example ref or utm_source) and the time of submission.
Technical data processed automatically: IP address, approximate country, browser information and security signals used to protect the form from spam.
3. Why we use it
- to reply to your application and provide admissions guidance;
- to help you apply to Özyeğin University when you ask us to;
- to understand which channels bring applicants (referral parameters);
- to protect the website and form from abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a service relationship (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)), for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and securing the site (Art. 5(2)(f)), and with your explicit consent where required, including for transfers abroad (Art. 9).
5. Who processes it for us
Our website and form run on Cloudflare (hosting, security, form processing). Applications are delivered to our team through messaging and email services such as Telegram, Google or Resend, and may be stored in a spreadsheet. Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye. We share your data with Özyeğin University only when you ask us to proceed with an application.
6. How long we keep it
We keep application data for as long as we are helping you and for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether we process your data, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, learn who it was shared with and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Under the GDPR you also have the rights to restriction and portability. Email info@flightdiploma.com; we reply within 30 days.
8. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We remember the link you arrived from in your browser's local storage so that a referral is credited correctly; Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Analytics (Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica) run only if you accept them in the consent banner, and you can change that choice at any time by clearing site data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
